Previous work
2023 - 25 - Inclusion and Engagement Manager, The Garage Trust
As manager of the inclusive programme at The Garage Trust, Natalie worked Norfolk-wide to break down barriers of access to art for young people and adults, both through delivery and project management. Working practically with communities such as young people at risk of school exclusion, refugees and asylum seekers, and SEND young people, Natalie developed a variety of skills to find diverse and fun access points into arts-based learning. Managing a team of 5 staff and fundraising over £90k in the course of 2 years, Natalie became skilled in assessing the needs of a community and being able to articulate these clearly, and in reporting for these funds.
2021 - 23 - Community Producer, The Garage Trust
Based in Kings Lynn, Natalie worked for 2 years to co-design grassroots arts projects that addressed needs in the communities of adults experiencing homelessness, blind and visually impaired adults, and young people at risk of social isolation.
